Q | How can I renew my season ticket?

A | The most convenient and cheapest way is to renew online at  wbatickets.co.uk. If you’d prefer to renew via the Ticket Office you can visit or call 0121 227 2227 during the office hours below, but please note the price will increase by £10. 

Please note if you wish to pay by taking out a loan with our partner V12 Retail Finance and repay by direct debit over 10 monthly payments you will have to purchase your season ticket online and select 'Direct Debit’ as your payment option.

Ticket Office Opening Hours:

Monday - Friday:  9am-5pm

Saturday (non match day): 9am-12noon

Sunday (non match day): Closed

Match Day: 9am-Kick Off

 

 

Q | How long have I got to purchase my season ticket?

A | Season tickets will be available to buy at the frozen Early Bird prices until 5pm on Friday 17th April 2020. Existing season ticket holders have until this deadline to renew their season ticket before it will be released for general sale in the summer window.

Details of the summer window will be announced in due course but prices will rise in the summer of 2020 regardless of league status.

 

Q | I’m not a current season ticket holder, can I buy a season ticket?

A | Yes, season tickets are on sale to all supporters. If you purchase now you can select from any of the seats not taken by a current season ticket holder. If you’d like a seat that is currently taken you will have the option to move your season ticket when we open the seat-move window in the summer, subject to that seat not being renewed and released for sale.

 

Q | How can I pay for a season ticket?

A | You can pay in full online at  wbatickets.co.uk or by visiting or calling the Ticket Office on 0121 227 2227. Please see above for Ticket Office opening hours. 

You can spread the cost of your season ticket by taking out a loan with our partner V12 Retail Finance and repay by direct debit over 10 monthly payments. Finance issued subject to acceptance, status and based on your individual circumstances.

You can also spread the cost interest free with a special offer from Albion MasterCard. This offer is available to existing and new card holders. If you do not yet have an Albion MasterCard and are aged 18 or over, please click here to find out more and apply.

The Club reserves the right to withdraw these payment method options at any time.

 

Q | Can I buy my season ticket and a friend or family member’s at the same time?

A | Yes you can, to do this ensure that you have linked the friends / family members in question to your supporter account on  wbatickets.co.uk Click here for instructions on how to do this

 

Q | Will I receive a new Stilecard?

A | No, existing season ticket holders will need to retain their stilecard for the 20/21 season as new ones will not be issued. Non season ticket holders who purchase a 20/21 season ticket will receive their stilecard in the summer before the season starts.

 

Q | I’ve lost my Stilecard, what can I do?

A | Contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible and we can cancel your lost card. There will a £5 charge to replace your card.

 

Q | I’ve changed my contact details, what should I do?

A | If you have transacted online with us you can log in to your account at  wbatickets.co.uk and update your details there. If you would prefer you can contact the Ticket Office on 0121 227 2227 and inform us of any details that have changed. 

 

Q | How do I qualify for a concession price?

A | We have a number of concession categories, please see below details for the criteria for each. Please note that all concessionary tickets require a date of birth on file and a digital photograph. You can upload a photo of yourself to your account at  wbatickets.co.uk , you can have one taken free of charge at the Ticket Office or you can email in a photograph to  tickets@wbafc.co.uk (please note supporters who have already supplied a photograph previously do not need to do so again). 

Supporters qualify for the price categories based on their age on 31st August 2020

Under 11: Aged 11 or under

Under 18: Aged 11-17

Under 23: Aged 18-22

Adult: Aged 23-64

Senior: Aged 65 or over

 

Q | I am under 65 and currently pay a senior price, will I still qualify for the lower price next season?

A | In the summer of 2018 we announced that we would be changing the senior price category to include supporters aged 65 and over. We committed to honour the previous terms for existing season ticket holders aged 60-64 who would qualify for the adult price category under the new criteria. If you are aged 60-64 and have held a season ticket for the 18/19 and 19/20 seasons you will be charged the senior price category. If you choose not to renew and buy tickets match to match you will qualify for the adult price category.

 

Q | Can I move my seat?

A | When the season ends we’ll announce the date in which we’ll open the seat move window. This will allow everyone who has purchased a 20/21 season ticket the opportunity to move their seat to another area of the ground before season tickets go back on general sale. Please note that if you move to a more expensive area of the ground you will be required to pay the additional cost. Likewise if you move to a cheaper area you will be refunded the difference.

For seasonal or match by match seat moves please contact the Ticket Office to arrange.

 

Q | I have a child season ticket but would like to bring an adult to a game in their place, is this possible?

A | To upgrade the season ticket you can either call us on 0121 227 2227 or alternatively go into the Ticket Office on the day of the game and the upgrade can be processed then.   The cost will be the matchday price of the ticket minus the pro rata cost of your junior season ticket for an individual match. There will be a limit to how often this can happen.

 

Q | I want to purchase online but don’t know my username and / or password, what do I do?

A | Your username is your membership number which can be found printed on your Stilecard or most recent match ticket. If you cannot find the number please contact the Ticket Office on 0121 227 2227 or email  tickets@wbafc.co.uk

Q | What are the benefits of being a season ticket holder?

A | As well as securing your chosen seat for every home league match and the convenience of not having to purchase on a game by game basis, season ticket holders also benefit from

  • Their own designated seat for all league games
  • Their seat will be reserved to purchase for  home cup and play off games before going on general sale , subject to our ticketing obligations to the away Club
  • Cheaper match by match price when compared to purchasing games individually
  • Priority for purchasing tickets through the allocation of loyalty points
  • 5% discount on all items in the Club shop including replica shirts*
  • FREE admission to PL2 fixtures played at The Hawthorns

*Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
