Q | How can I renew my season ticket?
A |The most convenient way is to renew online at wbatickets.co.uk. If you’d prefer to do via the Ticket Office you can visit or call 0121 227 2227 during the office hours below.
Please note if you wish to pay by Direct Debit you will have to purchase your season ticket online and select ‘Direct Debit’ as your payment option.

Q | How long have I got to purchase my season ticket?
A |Season tickets will be available to buy at frozen Early Bird prices until 5pm on Tuesday 30th April 2019. Existing season ticket holders have until this deadline to renew their season ticket before it will be released for general sale in the summer window.
Details of the summer window will be announced in due course but prices will rise in the summer of 2019 regardless of league status.
Q | I’m not a current season ticket holder, can I buy a season ticket?
A | Yes, season tickets are on sale to all supporters. If you purchase now you can select from any of the seats not taken by a current season ticket holder. If you’d like a seat that is currently taken you will have the option to move your season ticket when we open the seat-move window in the summer.
Q | How can I pay for a season ticket?
A | You can pay in full online at wbatickets.co.uk or by visiting or calling the Ticket Office on 0121 227 2227. Please see above for Ticket Office opening hours.
You can spread the cost with a Direct Debit scheme from V12 Finance. If you wish to pay by Direct Debit you need to purchase online at wbatickets.co.uk and select ‘Direct Debit’ as the payment option.
You can also spread the cost interest free with a special offer from Albion MasterCard. This offer is available to existing and new card holders. If you do not yet have an Albion MasterCard and are aged 18 or over, please click here to find out more and apply.
Q | Can I buy my season ticket and a friend or family member’s at the same time?
A | Yes you can, to do this ensure that you have linked the friends / family members in question to your supporter account on wbatickets.co.uk.
Q | Why am I getting my loyalty points early?
A | As one of the benefits of purchasing a season ticket in the Early Bird window, we will be crediting 19/20 season ticket holders with 1,000 of their loyalty points for purchasing their season ticket for next season early. This means that all 19/20 season ticket holders will have a loyalty point boost for the end of the 18/19 season to secure themselves a higher priority for tickets. 2018/19 season ticket holders that renew will receive an additional 500 loyalty points ahead of the 19/20 season starting.
Q | How do I win back the cost of my season ticket?
A | Early Bird will be open for two months, all supporters renewing early in the first month by 30th March 2019, will automatically be entered into a prize draw to either win back the cost of their season ticket. The draw will be made at random and winners contacted after 30th March deadline.
Q | Will I receive a new Stilecard?
A |New stilecards will be issued to existing season ticket holders for 2019/20 season. Please retain your current one until the season ends and you will receive your new stilecard ahead of the 19/20 season.
Q | I’ve lost my Stilecard, what can I do?
A | Contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible and we can cancel your lost card. There will a £5 charge to replace your card.
Q | I’ve changed my contact details, what should I do?
A | If you have transacted online with us you can log in to your account at wbatickets.co.uk and update your details there. If you would prefer you can contact the Ticket Office on 0121 227 2227 and inform us of any details that have changed.
Q | How do I qualify for a concession price?
A | We have a number of concession categories, please see below details for the criteria for each. Please note that all concessionary tickets require a date of birth on file and a digital photograph. These can be taken free of charge at the Ticket Office or can be emailed to email@example.com (please note supporters who have already supplied a photograph previously do not need to do so again).
Under 11: Aged 11 or under on 31st August 2019
Under 18: Aged 11- 17 on 31st August 2019
Under 23: Aged 18-22 on 31st August 2019
Student: Must be in full time education and able to present a letter from your educational institution to prove full time student status
Adult: Aged 23-64 on 31st August 2019
Senior: Aged 65 or over on 31st August 2019
Q | I am under 65 and currently pay a senior price, will I still qualify for the lower price next season?
A | In the summer of 2018 we announced that we would be changing the senior price category to include supporters aged 65 and over. We committed to all honour the previous terms for existing season ticket holders aged 60-64 who would qualify for the adult price category under the new criteria. If you are a current senior season ticket holder you will be charged the senior price category. If you choose not to renew and buy tickets match to match you will qualify for the adult price category.
Q | How can I move my seat?
A | When the season ends we’ll announce the date in which we’ll open the seat move window. This will allow everyone who has purchased a 19/20 season ticket the opportunity to move their seat to another area of the ground before season tickets go back on general sale. Please note that if you move to a more expensive area of the ground you will be required to pay the additional cost. Likewise if you move to a cheaper area you will be refunded the difference.

Q | I have a child season ticket but would like to bring an adult to a game in their place, is this possible?
A | To upgrade the season ticket you can either call us on 0121 227 2227 or alternatively go into the Ticket Office on the day of the game and the upgrade can be processed then. The cost will be the matchday price of the ticket minus the pro rata cost of your junior season ticket for an individual match.
Q | I want to purchase online but don’t know my username and / or password, what do I do?
A |Your username is your membership number which can be found printed on your Stilecard or most recent match ticket. If you cannot find the number please contact the Ticket Office on 0121 227 2227 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you cannot remember your password click ’Forgot Password’ on the login page on wbatickets.co.uk and you will be sent an email to reset your password.

A | As well as securing your chosen seat for every home league match and the convenience of not having to purchase on a game by game basis, season ticket holders also benefit from
